Even though everyone knows that St. Basil’s Church, the famous structure is officially identified as "The Cathedral of the Intercession of the Virgin by the Moat", the various famous choices refer to Basil as a holy church, a Muscovite ‘sacred fool’ who was obscured at this place (inside the Trinity Church that stood in the site at one occasion) a little years previous to the erection of the current structure. The construction of the church was ordered by Ivan the Terrible as to celebrate conquer of Kazan in the year 1552 from Mongol powers. It construction concluded in the year 1560. The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood is one of the most important Russian Orthodox Churches of St. Petersburg. The church is as well variously acknowledged as the Church of Our Savior on Blood as well as the Church of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is the formal name of the church. The "blood" which is the common in both the names refers to the blood of Tsar Alexander II, who was assassinated on that location in the year 1881 on March 13, and also blood of the crucified Jesus. The Auschwitz awareness camp building was the biggest of its type reputable by the Nazi government. It consists of three major camps. All of the camps were set up as to imprison the prisoners at compelled labor. One out of the three camps also worked for a comprehensive years as a killing hub. The camps were situated in the region of 37 miles towards the west of the Krakow, close to the pre-war German-Polish boundary in the region of Upper Silesia, vicinity that the Nazi Germany acquired in the year 1939 after attacking and later winning the region of Poland. The Medieval Rila Cloister (Rilski Manastir)
Situated at the northwest side of Rila Mountains, Rila Monastery is one of the largest and most eminent monasteries in Bulgaria. It is named after the renowned saint of Bulgaria named Ivan of Rila. To the south of Sofia in the Valley of Rilska River and 1,147 above sea level the monastery is one of the UNESCO’s World Cultural Heritage site from the year 1983. It was founded in the 10th century and is known for architectural, historical and cultural monuments. It is one of the main attractions on the South Eastern Europe. This monastery was also printed on the back side of Bulgarian currency note which were issued in 1991. It was founded by St. John of Rila. The Chivalric Baba Vida Castle
It is the only medieval castle in the country of Bulgaria. It is one of the primary landmarks of the city, located on the North West side in Vidin. The caste has two main fundamental walls and four towers. It is the only saved castle in the Bulgarian territory after facing the days of wars and obscurity for over 2000 years. The construction of this royal castle started in the 10th century and it was placed on the Ancient Roman tower. It is also known as the legend of Baba Vida. The story of this castle says that there was a king named Danubian who ruled Vidin he had three daughters Kula, Gamza and Vida.
