The capital city of Italy is Rome.  Historically, Rome holds a unique place.  Today, Rome is all about restaurants, museums, churches, ancient ruins, coliseums and monasteries.  I happened to be on a short trip to Rome and was desperate to have a breath of fresh air at any of the seashores present in the city.  So, I asked an office colleague, which is the best beaches I should visit to relax.
